Another lazy day spent studying. I picked up some great books from a charity shop today though, a post will be up shortly on them! I love buying things from charity shops - you don't get the guilt feeling as much! Hope you're having a wonderful day. :)

Not a photo i took myself today. I seen a photo of an American soldier on his homecoming/ leaving today. It broke my heart. Be thankful for who you have, because it could leave at any moment.

Not well again. Feel horrible, emotionally and physically. Painted my nails with 17 - Fury yesterday and I really like it - what do you think? Also, in my diseased boredom, I've managed to get a new high score on Temple Run :) good times. No idea how people can get into the millions - this was a struggle!

I've had a rubbish few days. I was about to leave for school this morning and i found this beside my bag. Sometimes the little things are the best.

Me and my dad went to see The Iron Lady tonight. I'm a big follower of politics and take a huge interest in it and couldn't wait to see the film when it came out. It didn't disappoint - a great mix between then, and now, and a bit of her childhood/family life too. I'm actually pro-Maggie Thatcher. She made some incredible decisions in her career, some of which people simply ignore. My favourite actress plays the ex-Prime Minister too - anything with Meryl Streep is a hit for me anyway! While you still have the chance, i definitely recommend the movie, if you're a fan of not. Some parts made me well up and others made me laugh. Very heartwarming and interesting - A* from me!

365 - day 1 & introduction.

After looking at the beautiful Hailey at Haileys Beauty Blog's 365 pictures, I've decided to do the same..

Basically, you post one picture every day for a year. Those who don't know, i adore photography - i've been interested in photographs and cameras and the art of it for years. Since starting blogging a few years ago, I've found myself playing with my camera more and more, and now with apps like Instagram (my name is 'lorinpaterson' if you want to follow me!) everyone can be a photographer. I like to keep things together so I will be posting my photographs on this blog, but I will break them up with opinion pieces, beauty, fashion and videos. Enjoy :)...
