I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle, as you may have have noticed. I was in Tesco the other day and looking for a healthy way to give my sweet tooth a sweet fix. This honey yoghurt is gorgeous, it’s smooth and isn’t sickly sweet at all. I took some cherries and split them, taking the stone from them before adding them to the yoghurt, obviously you don’t have to use cherries, they were just what I had lying around!
This snack really kicks my sweet tooth back into shape. It’s good as it helps you eat fruit, if that’s a struggle for you. The honey in the yoghurt makes it seem like a treat, and it definitely doesn’t feel like a ‘diet’. Overall, I really do like this, and I’ve been having it quite a lot lately. I would recommend though, that you use the yoghurt with berries. Not only because it makes a lovely pinky swirl in the bowl, but because it almost makes a contrast of the flavours. Yum :)
